Hello Everyone,
Having had the chance of talking to an fairly important guy 2 weeks ago we came into the topics of adult hosting and websites related about Thailand. I mentioned Tony aka. Nigel and his exploited site. He was outraged and promised me action. Yeah Yeah, blah blah, I thought.
About 3 days ago I get a call from him saying that the Org that is backing this Jerk "Panda Hosting" was asked to provide the record of the girls age at time of shooting. My friend told me that they never replied. So now he has forwarded this to a English law firm specializing in this sort of garbage. But the lawyers came back ASAP and said that there was little to no chance of nailing them for the records clause, since they could make up any lie saying that all records where lost due to deft or a fire. The lawyers did however say that if they could somehow find evidence that this guy is a carrier of the HIV Virus then they could move against him fast since it would be classified as a national Health risk, and he would be trialed by British law for attempted murder on god knows how many counts.
So my question is..... How do we get Tony/Nigel to do an HIV test. The lawyers said that it is possible to determine on hand the result on how long he has been infected, and thus sue him accordingly. So yes his record is now kept in the UK and they are waiting for this piece of Info. If it can be somehow proven that he is HIV+ then he will disapear quickly. Everything else short of hiring a hitman will result in 0 success.
BTW, I had the chance of talking to a girl who got banged by this jerk. She told me they paid her 5, 000 Baht for a video and offered 7, 000 for no condom.

@butznutz -- Hmm. Interesting. I have no clue about the British laws governing proof-of-age in adult content, but it seems to me the rule would be that if you can't prove the age, the content must be removed. There have been cases of successful prosecutions in the US solely on the inability of a webmaster or content provider to prove the age of his models. Anyhow, getting the content down even by this circuitous method would certainly hit them in the wallet. It would be a start.
How to force the testing issue? How about arranging a motorcycle accident? With him in the hospital and a policeman in tow and a little payoff to the nurses...
I assume that any arrest with an eye to a National Health prosecution would have to be requested by the British Embassy in Thailand and effected by the Thai cops? What standard of proof would the Brits need to kick that into motion?
