In reply to Scorchin, and everyone else who is looking for the "Swiss Army Knife" of personal services: haircut, oily and FS, all folded into one, I like Hair Design on Sukhumvit soi 11/1. Don't know for sure that the same girl will do the hat trick, but I have heard that the private haircut cubicles can be love nests for the right price. In any case, they have always seemed to have a classier bunch of ladies than the average oily, and you can have a drink at the bar with them before deciding which activity to pursue first. Personally, the thought of my body covered in little hair cuttings during an oily....well, nope.
I have always believed in the using the 'right tool for the job', and so prefer to have my hair cut by someone good, and the other activities by equally skilled operatives.
Come to think of it, if I ever do find one who can do all three, I'll marry her.
Seriously, though, I used to get my hair cut at a place called Ross Beauty in the old Ambassador Food Court. When they tore it down, the shop closed (obviously!), and the best hair cutter opened her own joint, up on the Nana Skytrain platform, where it is still located. She has won several awards, and hires only really talented stylists. I have been getting my hair cut there for a couple of years, and never had a bad experience. They always do the extra little things to complete the job.
Cat Hair Design, east end of Nana Skytrain platform, recommended. Cat is cool, be nice to her.
