I admit that that I like your idea of the Immigration Hostesses (plus uniforms, in my opinion), Joe Wood, very much.
An old friend of mine (whom a year or two I once mentioned in a posting on a thread giving him the moniker The Marquis) upon his first discovery some years back of BJ Bars (one in particular) thought it was such a grand idea that he also wanted to expand the service. His crowning idea was that at supermarkets, when you pulled out the shopping cart, that there would be a girl sitting down below the basket who could take care of your needs as you wheeled around shopping.

You've got that in LOS already. Some spas offer a "bikini line" waxing service. I know from personal experience the spa on Soi 8 in Pattaya accross from the Sunshine Hotel offers this service.
A nice therapist took care of me. The waxing itself was not painful and the slight discomfort was well worth it for the gentle washing she gave to my intimate areas after each time she had removed hair.
There was also a wicked thrill knowing that my therapist was having to make a prolonged study of my nether regions in all their glory as she carried out her work. (She got really close in to use the tweezers for the few difficult hairs, although she did show me first and ask my permission before using them. It would have been rude if I had said no).
No doubt many other spas in BKK and Pattaya also offer a "bikini line" wax and would not turn away a male customer.

There was such a place in Pattaya several years ago.
It did not last long because:-
1) the car wash was crap
2) you can see topless sluts anywhere in pattaya
