Yes, I'd assumed Cambodia as well - for the most part, anyway. Quite a few of the girls are Vietnamese, & I'd say a few are pretty obviously underage too (for LOS).

Heb C is actually very rarely transmitted through intercourse - it's mainly a concern for IV drug users.
Also note that Hep B shots are only 90% effective, though...

Not sure about the 101%, but anytime a person goes bareback, the risks are higher for spreading or contacting STD's then when properly using a condom.
Thus ... in my opinion, this guys just takes more risks for contracting or spreading an STD compared to others that practice safier sex. And .. I personally would prefer to avoid the females he's been with regardless if he gave them something or not. Just a personal thing when it comes to talking about this specific individual.
I know others that have not always used condoms and would not have a problem if they did not with taking a female that they've been with out.
