Brother Wolf - I hear you! What I don't understand is that the guy is known to hang out in front of a specific bar in Bangkok and he has been operating his web shit for long enough that I thought that the Thai authorities would have been on his ass by now.
With them being so concerned about their international image that they even have blacklisted some reporters for giving them bad press, I would have thought this guy would have been a natural choice for throwing out on his ear, preferrably at about 30,000 feet.

Bandit, ABC, I agree it's this knowledge that you have just seen this guy a while ago that rankles. And, if he has been actually raping virtually underage girls, as Arc says (if the girls are unhappy, it is in my opinion, rape), I guess nobody would regret if the worst befalls this shitface.
I share Boomer's puzzlement about what the authorities are doing abut this guy since it is so easy to identify him and even forum members have seen him in NEP. Would anybody here tip off the police the next time he/she sees this asshole in BKK ?

I'm not sure 'rape' isn't a bit strong - after all, none of us knows the precise circumstances. But akin to that certainly. All I would say with confidence is that both these girls looked like they were ready to die of shame and obviously hated being filmed. They were acutely aware of the camera on them.
Imho, one human being deliberately humiliating another is one of the ugliest sights the world has to offer. Doing this to inoffensive young people who have been dealt a tough hand in life, and in order to make money out of sickos who get off on this sort of thing... well, just hand me a baseball bat.
Would I report him to the Thai police though? Well, I'm not sure that he's broken any Thai law - my guess is that the vast bulk of this stuff will be produced in Cambodia.
Be that as it may, the answer is no - and for many of the same reasons that were rehearsed in Buttznutz' misadventure at Panthip. I have no idea what connections our hero has in LOS, and my own resources of money and influence here are very limited. I am in a culture I very imperfectly understand and in whose language I am incompetent - and have heard enough horror stories about the 'boys in brown' to give them a wide berth wherever possible. I have dependents, and there's no way I would ever get mixed up voluntarily in anything like this.
Not a very glorious position, I admit. If anyone was in immediate danger, and it was clear I could render vital assistance, I hope my attitude would be different. But short of that, no way. Not in Thailand.

Now he has lets say 12 masters , he makes the first brew ; 100 cassette each.
If he sells them via his own channels and charges (let's stay low) 700 B / cassette that makes 840 000 baht.
And in Europe 2000 b / cassette is dirt cheap.
Change figures and count again.
When that kind of money is on the table , what kind of moves he is ready for ? Figure Yourself .
