Just visited Laos (visa run), casinos there are a joke. Limited table games, mainly video/machine gambling.
Was in Cambodia, pretty much the same. Though they did have a number of blackjack, Let It Ride, Roulette and Bacarra tables.
As previously posted, closest real casino texas hold'em or poker rooms would have to be in Macau or Manila.
Oh, yea tourist visas are still free at the Thai Embassy in Vientiene Laos. I wonder how lone that'll last!!!!

Make your way down south and catch a Star Cruise away day. It is a pretty good looking major size boat that makes its way outside of Thai jurisdiction and then the gambling begins and they do have Texas hold'em.
