I probably posted this before but am too lazy and had too much wine to search.

But the movie hok sip gow (69) is great, like a "Shallow Grave" or "Reservoir Dogs" type thai movie...its really good..I have seen it about 20 times but ordered the DVD online just to have in my DVD library.....

I'm with you ATL, Nicholas Cage is terrible, he has something like a 1:7 ratio of hits/flops but I will probably watch this move to get a "sniff" of BKK.

I heard they are currently shooting a Street Fighter movie in BKK too.

I saw the movie Shutter a few months ago at Paragon, which was set in Japan. When I went to buy the DVD recently, I found out that the original (or another version) of this film was made in 2004 with an all Thai cast and set in Bangkok. The film actually gets excellent reviews 7.4 on IMD. Has anyone seen this Thai version and does it have any good location shots ?
