If you BF a girl, how do you guys bring her back to your hotel or apartment? Do you always use a taxi, is it easy to flag down a taxi on the crowded streets? I suppose public transportation can be taken, but it would seem kind of embarrassing with the girl. Also, I am not sure if I want to use public transportation at night out there. Do any of you just walk with her back? Thanks alot, its a boring question but a good one.

Simple, just throw them over your shoulder and carry them back.
Seriously, your correct a Taxi is usually the preffered way. The BTS stops around Midnight so that is often not available. If your Hotel is a short distance away, walking is fine but in my experiance (limited that it is) I have found mosts Thai girls not into to walking very far!

I always just tell the girl to have her motorcycle driver boyfriend bring her to the hotel and for her to come up the service elevator so nobody will see her.
Sometimes they don't show but that's the risk you take.
