I second Smegma, start the first day doing a few of the tourist stuff. Lots more to see then just the night live in BKK. Unless you are sure he is ready and wanting to dive straight in to the fun part.
If so then take him to NEP or even EDEN first.
Make sure he takes lots of photos of the tourist stuff so he has something to show when he gets back home. Otherwise many will just think he went for the pussy (of course this could be true).
What happened to the thread about being able to go to the BKK morgue and have a tour? Wanted to do that one but lost the link. Very different.

I'd start off about 1700 with a nice foot maggage, then head down to bamboo bar for some food. After a few beers, and he gets used to the surroundings, grab a tuk tuk to Soi Cowboy.
Start off in Country Roads listening to the music with some beers, BG's aren't as agressive there, and he won't get paranoid. Then just wander down the soi. Stuff him with pingpong balls at Doll House.....lol. By the time you get to the end of the soi his mind should be on nothing but LOS.......If not, put him on the plane home.
