I was hoping someone would give me their personal recommendations on soapie girls, so I wouldn't have to spend lots of cash finding what I want. Soapies are much more expensive than FLs.

I don't think they are necessary much more expensive, depens the town you are in. For example in PTY you pay 1500 for a soapy and 1000 for l/t with a freelancer.
Granted, 1500 in soapy is kind of s/t but still.. and like it has been pointed out many times, you milage will wary. The service some other does get you might not, or the otherwise.
Better just see who looks the most interested in going with you and who you think is the most pleasing to your eye.
