Not too sure about them gals not caring about the money. I was there in Nov during this festival and when I pick them up at the beer bars, I still have to pay bar fine and they did ask me how much I will pay them?
So for me it was just a normal pick up nite with more lights and lanterns etc being sold on the streets.
Guess U were luckier than me cause U got nicer gal for freebie--hey, nothing wrong with that.
Let me know whats your secret, cause wish to go back during this time next year and perhaps get a gal not worried about the money.
