While the descriptions provided above for ST and LT do apply sometimes, it is not always so.
For instance, one definition of ST is as many bonks as you can sqeeze into 1.5 or 2 hours. Usually a pathetic 2 shots, I'm afraid. 3 if I'm inspired. LT...hmm. let's see, on my last visit I had a girl in room by 3am, she left about 5pm the next day. And it wasn't just one at night one the next morning. It is the luck of the draw. But do make sure you tell a girl what you expect. Ask her if she 'smokes' cos if she doesn't you are not going to get blown!
Just follow your instincts. Watch out for chicks who say how much you pay barely 10 seconds into the conversation. Girls who give some sign that they like you are usually better in the sack than that poker faced one you have been slobbering all over. Quite a few of the latter can be found in Long Gun and Midnite Bar (Soi Cowboy).

Nakaleen, the guys here have already made some really good suggestions. As a first time visitor, I'd point you towards Bangkok and Pattaya. Lots to do during the day and night.
In BKK, plently of regular sight seeing during the day and plenty of nightspots to go to. In Pattaya, go over to the island or further down the coast (but you'll be too busy with a BG to do that anyway  )
When in BKK, make your way to GT's and say "HI".
For flights from OZ, I usually get good deals from Flightcentre, but look around, you may be able to get a good package deal.
All I can say is, keep your wits about you and hang onto your hat, this is going to be nothing like you expect (in a good way. ).

Re ST & LT, I think the 'rules' are actually quite flexible - but you need to be aware that it all depends on the girl's attitude. If she quite likes you, or thinks you have promise, or hopes to convert you into a long-term or regular customer, she'll be ready to give you a lot more value for money. The same goes for her sexual performance.
This is all under her control, of course, so be nice. The BGs have a tendency to give you what they think you deserve. And JHJr is right - always go for 'the click' when picking your BGs.
As for extended trysts, I'd say just make up your mind do what most people end up doing anyway - go with the flow and play it by ear. Legions of guys arrive in LOS, with firm plans to bonk at least 2 girls a day for the duration, then get smitten on day 3. "Wow", they think, "this one really was something else in the sack. I'll be mighty lucky to do any better. Plus, she's funny and good company and... er, well, OK, maybe I'll take her for just one more night..."
Of course, they end up taking her to Samui and then turn into typical Bkktonite emotional wrecks wondering what the f_ck hit them.

Thanks for all the great replies. Sorry for the delay in replying myself (massive workload was dumped on me these past few days)
It seams although Phuket sounds by most of you as the place to go for the normalÖ family type holiday place to go, great scenery. But *evil grin* the main driving force of this trip is the girlsÖ but it would have been good to take some footage back home of scenery etcÖ. (donít know if I would be aloud to film the main part of the trip hehehe)
And since I can get only 2 weeks (I am trying to scam 3 weeks out of my boss) It looks like it will be Bangkok for a couple of days. Then head down to Pattaya for the rest.
I donít know what the waters are like in Pattaya, some say it is pollutedÖ but then again I am only going to swim a few times (I live on the Gold Coast so beaches are not a new thing for me)

Minder: Thanks for that info. Before now I always got Passports and visas confused (donít laugh hehehe) Iím applying for a passport this month. I have read Stickman, all the PDFís here like the phrase book etcÖ so I have a lot of reading and time before the trip.
Stuckinapub: Yep read all the forums about the scammers, slthough if I can pick them in real life is left to be seen.
Cmore: Hehehehe I didnít mean I wanted a LT so I can do it all night long (I donít think I could do it hehe) But to be able to take a little more time and not racing the clock to finish on time (not a boast.. more a problem) and to sleep with one of these beauties. Dressup at EdenÖ. Hmmmmm the idea did cross my mindÖ. Never done anything like that beforeÖ. What would I pick if I had to chooseÖ. Well I donít know all the choices but a school uniform or a nurses would be interesting.

If your interested in swimming in Pattaya. Don't swim in the bay!!! Less then 10 minutes away is Jomtiem Beach where the water is much cleaner. There are also islands about 30 minute boat ride from Pattaya where the beach is nice and the water clean.
I have never heard of shagwell. If you get any info pass it along. Check out this http://www.freelancerbar.com for accurate up to date info on Pattaya. Join the members board. My handle is the same.
