10000 per day is good amount. Follow are some suggestions.
1) Pegasus will cost you about 2000-4000 in Food and drink. Girls fee will range from 2000-6000 depend on the category.(see Pegasus pricing on the site)
2) It will pay 3-4 sessions in MP. Again depend on the category of girl you take out.
3) It will pay 4-10 sessions in Gogo or Bar girls.

With only 3 days to enjoy yourself, that's plenty of money for a great time. I usually budget about Us$200. per day and can do pretty much anything I want with that amount.
Whatever you do, make the most of your 3 days, and regardless of what some may tell you, don't waste time sleeping too much. You can sleep when you get back on the plane.
Day 1:
Grand Palace sightseeing in the AM
Eden Club

Soi cowboy Go gos
Nana Disco at midnight Pick up free lancer for LT. If you don't find one you like, hang out in front of NEP at 2am closing time for freelancer action.
Eat from food stands
Back to Room for boom boom

Day 2:
Morning boom boom with Lt from last night
Eat
Chinatown sightseeing and shopping
Soapie massage (see soapie section for suggestions)
Soi 7 Beer Garden for drinks and pick up freelancer ST
