Last April, I brought two friends of mine to BKK, one of which was a female buddy that I work with - CaliGirl. I believe she met a couple of the bros, and she quickly became a staple at Long Gun, and a couple of other GoGos on Soi Cowboy, where she would enthusiastically dance with the girls on stage - to the point where she would walk in, and she would be dragged on stage.
So, it depends on your co-worker, but I certainly saw no bias against bringing girls in the bars.

There is no bias, she would be a customer, pure and simple.
Some couples cruise the nightlife looking for threesomes with GGs etc. Some are looking for female partners for the wife/GF to experiment with.
There is a farang lady scene as where they pick up/ pay men for sex. Don't know much about this myself but you may try to steer her into this if you want equality and she does not want Thai ladies.
There is also a fairly small Thai lady scene with black men being one of the main attractions.

I agree with most here that there would be no problem in taking your co-worker to the various places in BKK. In fact most times, Thai BG's are extremely curious to meet western women and 'talk'.
I also have to agree with Mr. Alan. I would not recommend barfining and doing soapies around your female co-worker - UNLESS she also bar-fined and did the soapy as well!!
Back in the good ole' USA. one misstatement or misrepresentation about evenings out and bargirls in your room will find you in "sensitivity training" faster than you can say "Check bin" (Thailish for I'd like my bill). It also may be recorded on your personnel files.
I think it is all horsesh** but unfortunately, even Bill Clinton couldn't help matters much. Whether women gossip genetically or not, you absolutely do not want it to be known in your company that you have been whoring around BKK. Keep that to yourself. There will be nothing positive gained and more likely many negatives possible if anyone, including your boss, knows you've been 'stabbin' everything that walks.
And if your co-worker goes back and tells everyone she couldn't believe you didn't want to do anything in BKK, (a) it will be excellent for your reputation in the company (b) she won't know that you were bangin' your brains out when she was asleep (c) it might give them reason to send you again.
Also, (d) everyone in the company will think you are gay, so you better dress really well and buy new shoes (many pairs) !!

If you both want to experience a gogo that she won't be just ignored at, you might try Casanovas in NEP for a few hrs. The LB's will just love her, and you too. Just a possibility. After seeing some farang women come into the gogos with their BF's/wives, at soi cowboy, they were pretty much just ignored. With all the tourists, both men, and women, in the patpong area, it might be a whole different experience in the gogos for her. Once the girls find out you aren't a couple who knows what will happen.
You won't have any problem taking her around with you, she just might be ignored in alot of places compared to you.

Thanks again for the input... I will definately look forward to a crazy ol' time in BKK. I just cant wait to leave work... 1.5 more days. I feel like a kid before Christmas.. butterflies and everything.
I feel your guys' viewpoint on not being viewed as a whore at work... thankfully I work in an evirnoment where I could give a fvck... I will most likely switch place of work in less than a year... hence... leaving a dirty legacy I do not much care about. So.. will just wait and see... and with your permission will post newbie FR report and let u all know how it all went down.

Like many of these bros have said when you take her with you into the bars and gogos all of the girls will be wondering if you are together or not. I think it is assumed you are together. If I were you I would bu y the mamasan a drink and tell her that you are not a couple and you are looking for a nice lady who would not mind going with you while you hang with your female buddy. Just an idea...at the very least have the mamasan spread the word that you are not "With" the Falang or you too may be ignored...makes for a boring night.

Good point Cyborg... Did I forget to mention that I do not speak a word of thai aside from... Tao Rai... and Check Bin? lol.  Thats why I asked about Latin girls... I can speak spanish (or better yet... Spanglish). Anyways, I have no prob mingling with mamasan and spreading the word that me and homegirl are not a couple and are out to have sum wild fun... does the mama/papasan generally speak some english? Enough to understand where I am going with this?
Generally I think that I will figure stuff out once I am in these places - I mean I maybe a rookie to BKK, but Mesico and such has me trained when it comes to this sort of "night out". But it would sure help if I can somehow communicate with these people - at the least to be able to bargain for a good deal etc. etc. Gotta figure if you provide the top slice of the sandwich... you should be able to get the bottom slice at a lesser price? LOL.
