Take the advice of West. He's spot on. What you should find, is that as you say, if you've been without it for quite a while, you'll probably shoot your load in no time at all. But the second pop will take longer, the third even longer. After a day or two, you'll find that you're working towards pornstar mode.
As West wisely suggests, take the girls LT and then you can have several goes a night provided that you make this clear that is what you want. Repeat this as often as you can without performance enhancing drugs. Even at my age (55), I can manage 3 times a night for most of the holiday, but perhaps 1/2 a viagra or so the last couple of days of the 3 weeks is beneficial. But I expect that at your age, you won't need that and if you have some, don't use it early on. Keep it for when/if you flag.

Regarding protein powder, I checked it out in BKK last year, as I wanted a supplement for weight lifting. I use protein powder here in the States when weightlifting (whey powder, usually with creatine and L-arginine). You shouldn't need steroids when weightlifting if you are taking protein powder. At your age, your body will do the rest, if you supply it with enough protein. At your age my metabolism was so high that I couldn't gain weight no matter what I dumped down my throat (and that includes McDonald's by the boat load), but I didn't have access to protein powder and the modern day weightlifting sciences (that was a while ago, lol!). If you have checked out the (now defunct) Muscle Media magazine and the Body For Life program, then you'll see there some good and safe advice for putting on bulk in the form of muscle. Roids are not the way to go, too many harmful long-term issues with your body.
The cost of protein powder in LOS is prohibitively high. Last I checked, it was 5 to 10 times higher than in the States. For example, I bought a 5 pound can of whey powder (major brand) I'll be bringing with me next month to BKK for my "hardship posting" this summer, lol. Price in USA was $28, price for simliar item in LOS about $150 (I'm not exaggerating). This comparision is based on prices I've seen there as of Dec 2004. I'll be checking prices again when I get to LOS in June, as I would prefer to buy it there in the future, rather than bringing it over. I noticed last year that more and different brands of whey powder had started to show up on the shelves in BKK, but it seems like a newer thing, so prices are still high for imports (very high tariffs).
I agree with the other members of the board. Don't worry about how long you're going to last, as the ladies will be happy to spend time with a younger guy like you if you treat 'em right -- in the end, they will provide you with all the shots you could possibly ask for, lol, and them some. They are not going to sit on the bedside with a score card like some of their Western sisters, they are much more polite than that. No need for Cialis, etc., just let your body do what it does best at 18.

Been there, done that many many times. Rarely got turned down. Just make sure you lay out everything you want to do with the lady BEFORE you barfine her. If you wanna do a shoot and she says no, then just move on.
