WTF don't I see any price point between the round figures of 500,1000,1500,2000,4000 etc???
As I had to give up my b500 st/lt standard price some years ago now I wasn't instantly paying 100% more! Sure not.
Instead 600,700,800,900 or even 750 was used & ok 1000 was slowly getting introduced as the new LT standard rate, keeping 500-900 for ST 
Of course once 1000 was established it soon started to increase 100bt by 100bt & a year or 2 ago I even hit the 2000bt for an insistent BG!!
Still I believe there's a marked for 500bt ST or whatever especially in PTY of course even I still haven't picked from beach rd - yet!!!

Good luck finding ST in BKK for bt500. If you do, she is probably wearing flea collar. I don't even want any of the bt500 TGs. Good looking FLs around Beer Garden, Gullivers, New Wave want minimum 1000bt-1500bt ST.
Most won't even go LT early in the day. Late evening the same FL girls 1500bt-2000bt LT.
Gogo girls 1500bt-2000bt ST, 2000bt-3000bt LT +barfine.
