I think the appeal of somewhere like nana is that we're all too good for it..that's part of its attraction, isnt it? isnt the fact that it's seedy what makes some guys like it, and some guys don't?
If anyone thinks it's a high quality place, i'd hate to see where they live.

Well, why don't you stay within in your field of expertise and ego and stay out of the rat infested hovel then. Regarding NEP, let me run a little 'way out there' theory past you. Let us say that the fire recently which conveniently broke out in the electrical shed and that also conveniently happened in the early hours of the morning. Let us say that this may possibly have been a test case, a testing of the water so to say. A little test to see what would happen if this same 'accident' happened on a bigger scale and took much much longer to repair.
Why do you think it took a few days to repair?
Imagine if there were some major failures in NEP which took a month or more to fix. Let's just say there is more than one way to skin a rat and the new owner of the land is considered to be one of the biggest rats in Thailand.

if whoever owns nana plaza land was interested in doing away with the plaza I dont think the rainbow bars would be doing their renovations. the rainbows bar people got to know more than we do.
ps rainbow 2 is currently under renovation. please hurry as r.4 layout is nowhere near as good as rainbow 2. the bar was full last night though. a lot more white people in r4 as opposed to the old r2.
r 1 kind of disappointing. the r 2 girls probably plying their trade in r4 as it has many customers ready for a quicky

will be interesting to see what happens when rainbow 2 will reopen.
most of the hard earners went home for a well deserved break and are expected to be back relaxed and in full force.
rainbow 4 still looked more than okay.
got a client of mine a little stunner. 1500 ST, no problem.
rainbow 1 is back in swing, the 3 girls have moved upstairs again.
nana closed remains to be seen. your little conspiracy therory alifco is on thin legs.
another shopping mall, so close to the new upmarket ploenchit center??
the fixture of nanas electrical problem took a while, because the nana bar operators did not use a professional electric outfit.

Why wouldn't the master lease holder (landlord) be doing the repairs?
Ploenchit Center a ghost town after the landlord raised the rents & 30 hi-fi shops moved out. Another anchor tenant; Fashion Outlet moved to BigC Pratumwan.
F.O. Closed the Amarin branch too. Amarin growing cobwebs.
