You can't eliminate the risk factor.
That's all part and parcel of the decision to indulge in P4P.
If you're a worrier, then you'll worry.

JW is most eminently correct. Removing the condom before taking a piss is highly recommended. Unless of course you are in a place where taking a piss is not encouraged or allowed, like a crowded movie theater or on the sky train. In which case, keep it on until later.
If you chose to engage in sex, p4p or otherwise, you have accept a certain amount of risk. If you chose to engage in p4p sex, you have to be willing to accept a higher level of risk, no matter what precautions you take. And having decided to partake, you then have to decide where the line is, between too much risk and what you are comfortable with.
Where you draw the line has as much to do, as JW intimates, with whether you are a worrier or not. The risk is not worth it if you are going to worry about it afterwards, no matter what anyone tells you about the level of risk. I draw the line at where I worry. That line is most certainly not where everyone would chose to draw it, as I don't tend to worry much. But each to their own.

I would agree with you BK if your "on average" refers to months over the whole year and not to all the ladies in the industry.
You might be confining your remarks to the ladies you know, who, I would presume are either very attractive or popular or both.
But there are ladies in the game who don't make much money at all, either because they are not so attractive or they haven't got the personality to entice many customers. These girls drift back into legitimate employment and maybe freelance on the side or go home to the village. Ending up at the end of the month with just enough to pay the rent and a little food just doesn't fulfill the dream.
Even quite a few attractive and popular girls take a big break from the industry during a low season or decide to give that type of work up for the foreseeable future.
But I agree. There are high earners but I have always got the impression that they are definitely in the minority.
