Best places for pizza and pasta I found are Bella Napoli on Soi 31 (not too far down on left side), and Govinda on Soi 22 (in a plaza just before Larry's Dive Shop very near Sukhumvit). Also good for pizza by the slice is the Central Department Store Food Court (7F) at Chitlom (on Chitlom BTS Stop). If you haven't tried these places, don't complain about pizza in BKK.
