A number of people have complained about DVDs not working.
I have bought hundreds of these DVDs from Pantip, MBK, the street stalls in Pattaya, and from Sorya and the Russian Market in Phnom Penh.
About 20% do not work when I get them home. But I have found that they will copy perfectly well on my computer. So, if one doesn't work, I just use it to make a new copy onto a blank disc, and the success rate is 100%.
