Greetings,
Much to my dismay no one in Bangkok has ever heard of this stuff (What can I say, we all have a vice or two) Does anyone know where this nicotine needing person (myself) can buy some Skoal Longcut Wintergreen chewing tobacco?? I'm staying at a hotel off of Suk and Soi 13 and have had no luck at 7-11's, drug stores, etc... Thanks in advance!

The Thailand Tobacco Monopoly is right in back of Nana Plaza down suk soi 4. If you can't find your taste there you wont find it anywhere. They have a big spread in BKK.
Naa he he, just look up tobacco shops.

Thanks SG. I walked the area today and could not find it... Spoke with a man in brown and he had no idea either.. Is it physically in/attached to the Nana? I will be heading up suk and take a left on soi 4 (Nana Hotel on the right)... Where from there? Thanks again and it was kind of funny showing taxi/concierge the info on the tobacco monopoly.... They all asked where I got the info. I told them a bangkok expert )

best bet is the big shop on sukhumvit just after the gas station at the corner of soi 4. they have a lot of things, tobaccowise. if they don't have yours, they might have the next best thing.
but tobacco chewing isn't sexy.

Surfer3 I feel your pain! I have searched hi & low in Bkk and everywhere else I've been in the LOS with no success. I am an avid Kodiak chewer and my first trip I ran out halfway through and went through hell without it but then again I was in LoS so it wasn't all that bad. Whenever I go now I stock up on a brick of em'. It's also pretty funny to see their reaction when you put a dip in, they don't understand a bit of what your doing with it in your mouth and not smoking it. Nothing like a nice thorough foot massage with a big fat dip taking in the scenery.
