Where can you buy Pepper or Mace spray in Bangkok or Pattaya? My daughter was bite by an angry dog.
No one does anything. I want to carry this when we are walking around.

Bowthai, you can get them almost anywhere.
In Bangkok; at most outdoor stands on the Odd side of Sukhumvit (no pun intended).
In Pattaya; along beach road the last time I was there.
Having been bitten by soi dogs on three separate occasions in the recent past I now carry a large PS as standard kit. I am dying to use it on something or someone! 
I recommend having one handy, you never know.

i have seen them for sale in mbk on the 5 floor ithink.
theres a small shop up there that has knives,spring koshes,samurai swords and stun guns.quite a crazy little shop.
