I thought Tah Leung had a meaning of naughty or rude, but meant in a nice joking way, a stronger word used is Lah Mok, but I think that has a meaning of, very naughty in a sexual way or something. Isn't Pood Len joking ? - i'm sure some Thai language gurus will come through.
