tack tack (= boom boom) was also in common usage here years back (i.e. pre-1997) ; no BG under the age of 25 uses it anymore. no idea of its derivation. guarantee there's a mamasan somewhere in cowboy who could explain it to you, though. do the urchins still call Chicklets kid-kid?
