The word you use there is a noun only used for playing cards, not flashcards for language learning. I know some Thais in the educational field and have asked them to make sure.
The noun for flashcards is "but kum", which means word card. "But" being card (other than playing card), such as name card.
But maybe you don't want to call your system "But" 555
The quantifier word we use for cards, and for your flash cards, is spelled with two letters, a vowel "mai muan" (high ai!) and the consonant bor bai mai (bai mai, from a tree's leaf, hence used for card). It is absolutely a B sound. You can write "Bai". Such as "but kum song bai" (two flashcards).
"Bai" is used for signs, leaflets, flashcards, etc. That could be more accurate...
