With your permission, I'll have to think about that one. My first impression, from what I have seen of her transliteration habits, is that she means, "Go far away..." and the "teen" being the rude word for feet (I would spell deen), put here to mean she wants to kick you far away or to get away from her feet (a rude concept to communicate).
Then the smile and kiss.
But I'll research and reconfirm. In the meantime, would be interested in other input.

Ok, I know my Thai sux,, but I love to try.
Klai meaning close and Klai meaning far,, second one has longer sound, these are definate possibilities.
Another is Klai Klai,,, I've heard it in context of same same,,, nearly the same / similair.
So sentence may be suggesting he is similiar to her feet,, as in LOW / unworthy etc.

"Go far away..."
Yes, this translates as 'get lost'... maybe she used 'kwan teen' as opposed to 'teen' which means something similar as 'arsehole'.... as said, it actually refers to the feet (as the lowest part of the body).
This may be accompanied by lifting up your leg and pointing to your sole (makes it a little useless in phone conversation).

Since she says "Pai", I'm thinking the "kai kai" must be "far", even though she left out the L for lor ling. I remember in the past, she left it out in some other word once before too (it's usually swallowed when pronounced and not clearly heard, so I guess that's why).
She probably lifted her leg and pointed when she wrote the text though!
