A swiss bank account is not the best anymore for you to do what I think it is you want to. Check out the Isle of Wight or the Cayman Islands, MUCH BETTER choices.
The Isle of Wight is starting to cave in to US pressure so the Cayman Islands might be your best choice.

You can search on swiss bank branch either where you live or online. Cayman Island banks are also good depend on what you need this account for. I know couple of Swiss banks has local Branches in Singapore but not sure about bkk
