AS with most things it depends on the amount of money involved and the negotiated deal.
If you are a regular LOS traveller, lets say 5 times a year 3 weeks each time and the gal was red HOT and only after 10K a month, ( wow that's stretching the imagination isn't it) then one could merely look at it as a "holding deposit", basically guarranteeing her services for your 15 weeks per year. A bit like a "time-share" agreement  you never own the property but you have free access so many weeks per year.
Getting back to reality, I doubt I could be a sponser,, I already get pissed off about sending money to my in-laws ( and yes, I don't even get to sleep with them!!! )
Keep your money in your pocket ( unless you get a dream deal ), and enjoy. If you do find the right gal, you'll only need to sponser until the "Fiancee Visa" or whatever comes through. Then the real troubles will start and 10K a month will seem like a BARGAIN!!!!!
