Minus the airfare -
Hotel Expenses - all on the credit card and pay later
When in Bkk, usually 1500 baht/night
When in Hkt, usually 1000 baht/night
I also usually throw in a nice 5 star hotel to stay at a couple nights in both places that ranges around the 4500 baht/night.
Meals and snacks
Anywhere from 500 - 1000 baht/day.
Daytime entertainment (i.e. pool, massage, etc...)
Maybe around 1000 baht/day.
Nightime drinks (for me & the ladies)
I guess about 1,000 baht/night
BF, LT, and Taxi Cash
300 + 1500 + 200 = 2000
GRAND ESTIMATED TOTAL 4500 - 5000/DAY + HOTEL
But sometimes, I do nothing during the day and it's around the 3500 - 4000 baht range.

I arrange things this way in Pattaya.
Hotel (2 days arrival at 4 star)
and 2 last days 4 star..............average $75 a day
The rest is 1000 a day.
Add joiner fee of 3600 for the 4 days.
I get a girl to blow me at noon and 6pm for 300 baht each time for say 15 days (everyone happy)
Most will agree to such a long term contract.

Gents,
Just went thru 37,500 in 6 days excluding fares accommodation and two nights restaurants...and made a pig of myself every day and night. Includes phone cards and FMB's (f*** me boots) and a new dancing bikini for a regular - modelled very nicely indeed, too many ladee dlinks, and a tequila session that nearly killed me.
P4P was LT x 6 inclusive of say 14-16 pops with some BBBJ's. No lunch-time specials (interferes with drinking), but a few stray BBBJ's in bars at night.
If I was paying my own accomm, & all meals I can be very happy on 7-8k per day, but could live on a lot less say 5k. However, I spend whatever I have at the time, and take the consequences later - silly me.

last few trips Ive spent average 6000 bht a day, had a TGF so she didnt cost anything ( roots me coz she loves me), didnt eat much at all, hotel was not included, did do some shopping for family so reckon I was spending 5k a day mostly on booze and maybe a couple of roots along the way ( short times only) when TGF was sleeping or watching TV, did have earlys starts to my day as the 1st heineken was normally started on at 10.30 by the pool
This trip ( Xmas Day I arrive) I think I'll spending more, TGF has gotten the sack, and I'm dead keen to try some of the massage joints, but I dont care Im there to enjoy and anyone who has been out with me will contest that my motto is here for a good time not a long time, its my $ and I like to enjoy it if I waste some thats bad luck, just compare it like a losing bet at the races. Worry about what Ive spent when I get home. But sofar 7 trips this year and no regrets.

Let's see: I'm texpat (temporary exp.) so only the nights out are counting 555
My drinks: anything between 500 and 1500, not more
Their drinks: anything between 0 and 1000, unfortunately sometimes even more, like last night, those 2 lovely dancers in Deja Vu, SC! Uhhh Ahhh!...and BK liked them too... - well, that's another story...
BF: 400 to 600, mostly the latter
ST: 1000 to 2000, mostly the latter (only in my Ap., no ST hotels (yet) )
LT: 2000 to 3000, mostly the latter, I want them happy too and I barely had a bad choice so far...
That's it. So my average night out is something between some 1000 for a poor no-pop-night (shit happens) and 5000 to 7000 for a night to remember (if you can at all)
No, Bangkok is not cheap - it is rich in flavour and possibilities...
