ask the USA embassy in Thailand. they have a long list of applicants. it works on a "first come first serve" basis. that means that if you want it fast, you have to take the one next in the queue. if you want to choose your own, you have to wait until all the ones before her are processed (married).
Years ago I was a "Big Brother" to a young boy whose mother was Chilean. She was limited in how long she could stay in the US and went looking for a man to marry her. She found Sonny and he married her for a sum I do not know. But the marriage lasted as they were mutually attracted.
