I have been hearing a rumour that S. botan - formerly Bangkok's soapy haven # 1 for Cheap Charlies - has raised prices to the obscene level of 1.200 THB for 1.5 hrs.
1) Is there any truth to this ?
2) Where is currently the best Cheap Charlie soapy to be found ? (in BKK as well as Pattaya)
I really don't care much what the girls look like as long as service is high and the price low.

My reply is a cliché that has nevertheless always held true for me: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
