Annies is even closer and the freight is BT 1500 per girl. Many will complain about the quality (attractiveness) of the girls but among many thorns there are some roses.

Darlings on soi 12 is fun. Definitely go for the sandwich option. Lots of fun, pick one girl them let her pick the #2 girl.
Annies is a good place to go earlier in the day when there is a better selection of ladies. The rooms are pretty seedy though.
But the best bang for the buck has to be the eden club. After discovering the eden club I haven't been back to Annies or Darlings.
If you just want a good Thai massage just go to the second floor of the dynasty hotel. I think it's still there I noticed some remodeling my last visit into the big city.

I guess the query can be, or rather ought to be, reworded. All of us old LOS hands know that the best bang for the bucks is Eden but that is a separate cup of tea altogether. What would be the best place for non-sexual massage, without looking for any kind of happy ending? Wat Pho, perhaps?? Perhaps that would provide the answer to the query.
