You've got the right soi VJ... it's a cul-de-sac about 200 meters long. Sweetheart is about 75 meters into the soi on the right... a bit hard to spot but it did have a black sign the last time I was in there. Given the state of their business I would not be surprised to learn they have closed... the mamasan complained constantly about lack of customers.
