Thanks a lot for your post. I was happy to hear that you did not get me wrong. I think it is always dangerous when the BGs tell you it is up to you or we talk about that later. In this case I have always insisted on fixing things beforehand. As for what pay they want and so on, I tend to give them one offer - and tell them so, as well - and if I do not like I leave them.
You are right to say there are plenty of girls and you can have any girl that you want (well, almost)!
