I walked to the Maliryn (which is probably the Selene now) from Huai Khwang MRT station.
Using Google Maps, here is the route and directions...

If the owners of the Maliryn now run this place, I would expect to be disappointed. They used models for their advertising and promotions, but then didn't deliver the goods as advertised.

Thanks for the warning Sai Tai. I think the uique looking model lounge with shower shows is enough to make me want to at least step foot in Selene, if only once. I too favor the high end MP models so I will report back whether it's up to par or not.

The Google Maps directions I posted are what it suggests for drivers. I actually took a different route when I walked to Maliryn that Google reports as a bit shorter.
This is close to the route that I walked...

May be a bit difficult to navigate on foot, but I had a GPS device guiding me.

I don't really recall. It was more than a year ago. Probably at least 45 minutes, maybe an hour as I made sure to stop to note landmarks so I didn't get lost.
I still got to Maliryn long before the show began. The Johnny Walker girls (or was it the Chevis girls) were happy to keep pouring free whiskey though.
I also walked to La'Defense from Pra Ram 9 station a couple of days later.
