Try to make sure you get a good nights sleep each night.
Stay off the booze, eat light and drink lots of water.
Pick real hot chicks that always helps.
Now if you are like me you most likely will not follow all that advice. Thailand is just to much fun to go to bed early, not drink, and do your sit ups everyday.
You will end up staying out to late, screwing all night, drinking to much (lets hope that doesn't lead to beer googles and not taking cuties).
In that case mix in a few red bulls (not to many 2-3 max) and a little Cialis. Works for me 
To much booze and red bull can be really bad.
You should be able to make it 4 days doing that, and if it kills you what better way to die (just kidding).
You can get Cialis at almost any pharmacy or over the net.

This is too true but if married or in a relatioship after daily visits to massage parlours and bj bars, these are good tools to avoid suspicion from ones partner of extra curicular activity.................
