I've never done it with two. I have done it with 3, though, both in Hong Kong and Bangkok. In both cases, they chose each other, and it was great! It's as if they feed off of each other's excitement.
It was only later that I learned about it being illegal in HKG. I won't do that again...
In BKK, the 3 girls told me that Landmark Hotel would charge an extra 1,200 baht. The guy didn't ask for extra money; he wished me good luck.
