2. What price if terminating the contract
3. How many free days per week
4. How much does she earn fix salary and how much per customer

The contract/agreement may vary from establishment to establishment.
Q1 & Q2, I have no idea, as I have not asked questions of that nature. I have come across a girl who worked in a massage place for only a few days before leaving for another place.
Q3: In general, I have heard 2-3 days a month. Some could be more. Some girls in the side line category may not work everyday.
Q4: Don't think they get a fixed salary. They do get a commission every time she gets a customer. It varies from 40-60 percent, again depending on the establishment.
Q5: The penalty for not showing depends on their contract, one girl in Poseidon (normal Soapy massage) mentioned 500B/day.
Why? you thinking of starting your massage parlor?

Hello BK,
Could you verify on the 500B/day penalty for no show in Poseidon because I was told that penalty is 5000B/day for a no show as that was the expected income the establishment will get from the girl if she works.

This was what one girl told me. She said that one of the clients took her to Phuket for 2 weeks, surely that guy must have been smart enough not to pay 5000 B per day for 2 weeks! However, if you take her out, you would have to pay 5000 B.

A girl once told me that a customer could take them out by booking all her slots for that day. I checked with the papasan and was told that weekday is 4x2hr=7600B and weekend is 5x2hr=9500B. That way the customer book all her slots and can choose to stay in Poseidon or take the girl out.
Alternatively, they could choose not to attend work by paying the establishment 5000B for that day, and no questions asked. The 5000B is to compensate Poseidon for the lost income on their side due to her absence from work. The lady of course have no income for that day.
Is it possible for you to find out a little bit more about this situation because I am just wondering if a lady could offer to spend time with her customer and him paying the 5000B no-show penalty to her (he cannot pay direct to Poseidon because what they are doing is not really legal), when she actually pockets 4500B and only pay up 500B to the establishment.

Assuming money is no object, may I suggest that you have two sessions. Remember, each session is about 1 1/2 - 2 hours (depending) on which girl you get. Fish bowl girls are 2 hours, the rest are 1 1/2 hours. Two sessions = 3 hours, leaves you 1 hour to recupriate have some food at the restaurant.
If you have 3-4 friends, then what you can do is to get a girl each ({optional} for 2 sessions). Book the suite upstairs, and jump into the jaccuzzi, before going into your room for the rumping.
It is always good to leave a tip for the manager, so that you get some attention the next time you visit.

About the price for a girl terminating the contract:
I only know the price for places such as Atami & Darling. For a Girl that was introduced to the Massage Parlour by her family the price is between 150 -200 K. And for a regualar worker it can be as low as 10k. I know that since I used to date a MP girl for 5 months.
