Located on New Petchaburi Road clos to where it turns into Pattanakarn...east of Ekkamai Foodland....there is the overpass that takes you onto Pattanakarn adjacent....seen the sign almost every day....

I was a regular at Biwa some 10 years back when I lived in the area... and always found it satisfactory... a standard Petchburi fishbowl scene, around 40 ladies as I recall. ÝBut they banned farangs 4-5 years ago, about the same time that Cleo and some other joints implemented the same policy... Ýso you might want to check on that if you can get them by phone; or talk to the carhops in front and verify. ÝI seem to remember seeing something quite recently on one of the other boards about Biwa still being off limits. ÝSorry this is such dated info, but thought I should throw it in as a "heads-up".

Everyone,
In my opinion, soapy massage girls from Cafe Biwa provide the best BJ services in Bangkok! They might not be the best looking or have the best body but service wise they are sans pareil! Farangs are welcome!
