With "Phom oowun, khun kuey mai yai"
are you saying, "I'm fat, you are a not-big cock" ? If so, it's in quite impolite language and I hope you don't get some trouble someday. Maybe the papasan is making allowances for your foreign accent etc. Modifiers such as pronouns and adjectives follow the noun in Thai, opposite of English, as we know, so I'm not sure why you added the "khun" in there where you did?
Do you mean to say, "I'm fat, my penis is not big" ?
"Phom oowun, kong mai yai"
(I use "kong" like "thing" when speaking to Thai outside my gf about my penis, as this is much more common and acceptable and not rude).
Or "I may be fat, but your penis is small" (not suggested either!)
"Phom bpen kon oowun, tae kong khun ga mai yai"
or "Phom oowun, kong khun mai yai" simplest form
Or, are you addressing your cock with "Khun" in a funny way, such as, "I'm fat, Mr Cock is not big" ? That makes sense then where you put the "khun" and I may have missed your point at first as when actually saying this you might even point down to it in some way. However, honestly I'd still use "kong" rather than "kuey" and I can't imagine using kuey with anyone but my gf or once possibly with a hooker I've been drinking with and gotten real raunchy with.
Guess I'm not a cussing sort of guy. 555 It just always grates my ears when tg's use these words like pussy or cock or ass or f***, the crude little English they've picked up, and having no idea of the category "appropriacy" they throw these words into conversations outside the passionate bedroom like any other words ridiculously. Thai language also has levels of appropriate vocabulary of course, even more than English in some ways. And once they are educated to this, and not simply distainful of anything but Thai ways as some are, they can speak reasonably too. In speaking a foreign language I always feel it's better to be too polite than not polite enough. And as a foreigner I think it's appropriate for me to speak well.
