First of all, the last time I went to Darlings they opened at 6 pm. Before the crackdown last year, they opened at 4 pm. I am not sure what time they open now. Hours may be slightly different on weekends.
Second, you can always take a girl out at any hour they are open, but if before 10:00 pm the papasan will want to charge you extra (they close at midnight). In theory, if you took a girl out at 6:00 pm, they would charge three times the normal rate, or 7500 baht (since the girl could have given three massages in that amount time). You might be able to negotiate that down, probably to 5000 baht. I don’t think you will find very many people on this forum who have paid that much for LT with a Darlings girl.
If you want a girl from Darlings at noon, the best bet is probably to negotiate with her to meet you outside of work before Darlings opens or on a day she is not working. Obviously, you will have to get a massage with her, and then negotiate in private for a future rendezvous.

easy, get the phone number and make different negotiations with her! done that 3-4 times with a darling girl. some of them will even leave the place early in the night, as they are not on a payroll there which gives them some time flexibility!

Totally agree with Thaidup, the place needs major overhaul. The plaster of the ceiling above the bathtub was coming down and the mirror above the bed was so worn that I began to wonder if it was a mirror at all.
And I instantly recognised the papasan from two years ago, he didn't change a bit.

nah, didn't notice the suit. But I do get the feeling they like to stick with a format. The routine of the girl was exactly the same as two years ago. I don't think it was the same girl, but you never know. Almost makes me worry that I recognized the guy and I’m not sure if I slept with the girl before, LOL.

Darling's sessions are now 1.5 hours. Maybe it just my bad memory, but I thought it was 2 hours at one time. The cost is still 2500 baht to the papasan, plus the usual tip expected to the TG (500 baht average).
Now that the crackdown is over, they open at 13:00 on weekends, and 15:00 on weekdays.

One thing crappy about Darling is that the girls are very tip hungry. I went in Feb 2004, yeah I know it was a long time ago. The girls all were like how much you tip? yes girls are tip hungry as they don't get a big share of the thb 2,500 you are paying! I think it is only thb 800 per session (whereas other places pay up to thb 1,500 per session), so sure they are hugry for extras.

You can pretty much arrange something at any place.
Book them once; get their number, then arrange them to meet you the next day or whatever.
They may have to pay to call in sick, or alternatively, just meet them after midnight. After all, it isn't like you want to date them right?
