It is not a a spelling mistake, this was the word what the mamasan said.
I assume her English is not perfect and she was using a word that she does not fully understand to maybe try and show off. I assume she was trying to shout ridiculous but in fact she shouted ridicules. It was almost funny.

It can be a matter of perception for some things
I do not remember raising my voice, and for sure did not insult anyone. I said that I did not agree to pay this much and asked to pay for my drinks before to proceed to the bar.
Reaction of the mamasan was outrage...maybe they are used to customers just forking any stupid amounth and putting up with bullshit, maybe my polite behaviour with the girl was perceived as me being an easy mark?
At the counter when paying the drinks I said " 4500 for a ST, you must be cheating me" and mamasan was repeating "This is anal, this is how it is here, we explain to you and you choose" then when I left she shouted " UNBELIEVABLE"
What I said in french in the stairs was "Mieux vaux voir ca que d etre aveugle" which translates as "better to see this than to be blind"
This is frankly all I can remember, nothing to deserve a lynching mob going after me is it?

It's all good but the fact is I do not care if the mamasan was outraged or if the toilet did not flush, I just thought your behaviour was well out of order that's all.

If I seen a guy in gogo bar giving it some mouth and then on a forum started giving it some about it’s bad there, even if it is, there is no need for the back chat and bad manors to anyone. You did not even go in a room. I feel as a Brit treating women with respect is paramount and if I see another person not doing the proper thing it peeves me a little and I think most Brits would be the same. They are prostitutes I know but they are still women and still people in the end.
We are guests in this country and I am happy to be a guest and in return I act like one, not like a smart ass gobbing off at people and back chatting them with a pissed off tone.
That was not directed at your, just a general comment at some of the many shitty ways I have seen French, UK, ozze’s, Germans, Chinese, Africans and whatever treat people in Thailand for no reason. I am sure under a different light you are a cool dude just tone it down for us all.

UK Shaga is 100%, absolutely right. The proper reaction to the situation on Madfrog's (or anyone's) part would have been a simple "mai ao!"...perhaps with some emphasis on the "ao," as long as it was accompanied by a smile.
Follow this with a little laugh, and then say "check bin". Pay your bill (in a calm, normal manner), and then no further reaction beyond your feet walking (not stomping) toward the door is necessary or acceptable. Don't roll your eyes, don't yell out anything in a language that the Thais in the place cannot understand. Farangs have to learn not to be aggressive buffoons in the context of Thai culture. We are guests; never forget that.
Beyond that, though, jesus, man, treat women with a little respect!! How'd you like a hard cock shoved up your butthole? (haha, that's not a threat, it's a serious question!) If the women DON'T LIKE IT, they sure as f*** have a right to ask for more money to have to put up with it (maybe, um, so much more money that you just give up on the idea...did you ever consider that?). Look, I like anal as much as the next guy, but I never suggest it, I only do it if the woman offers, because then I know she is--at least on some level--okay with it, and, in many cases, LIKES it.

In regards to the Madfrog Vs Annies Incident, this was posted by Aey, the Annies Owner:

I do not know the customer, never seen him before and from the way he talked to me I do not think I will see him again. Part of another day really.
When he walk in very nice polite asking questions I give him the answers. I explain this lady not offer all you want she want extra, not all lady same and I try to help him. I explain how much, he jump really fast and I had to jump back and he say in big voice something like
f*** I not pay that f***ing money for short time,
I ask him why you angry for?
and I then explain to him no problems no have the extra things in the room that you want or choose another lady. I was thinking if he get like this that fast better he not go into he room but he was in front of me so I had to talk and try and try and make him soft again.
He walk over to bar still complaining big noise now have customer by toilet and bar watching, I scared he was loosing face which can make people more angry so I tried to calm him down and ask again why you so angry, holding my hand open towards him and with a softer voice I ask again why so angry, his no answer and he walk down the stairs fast and now I feel little angry I was bad here and I shout ridikulous (wrong spelling sorry )
Part of my job is having people like this and I not think to much, I am sure this customer understand what he did and maybe next time he ok no problem for me. I hope he not angry next place he go as in Annie's we not really make bad for people but some place maybe make for man like this. No bad feeling from me I hope he is ok now we are all ok also."

So now we have the testimonies of the owner, the customer and a witness, all with their own words and motivations. No reason to doubt one more than the other and it is actually quite easy to see through the little story embellishments all have committed. My conclusion is:
4500 Baht for short time, anal included, at Annies? Ridiculous indeed.
