I have to concur with the last post.
I have not been to Annie's in almost two years. Last time I went, I got stuck in one of the older rooms. It really stank of mold. I was a little anxious in the old bathtub, and I found the lady's attitude lacking.
Mostly I just could not bear to see the place go down hill so much in the room care and quality of the ladies.
I have given them a wide berth ever since.

As a long term user of Annies I would just like to throw my 2 pence in the ring here. I must admit it is not that clean the rooms are not the best for sure. Also if you walk in at the wrong time you can be very unlucky and get not very good looking ladies.
On the other hand, I am not paying for a nice rooms, I have a house with many nice rooms I can look at as much as I want.
There are some very nice looking girls in there. I must admit there are some reall dogs as well. I can think of at least 10 out the 30 girls they have that are 7/10ish.
I have never found the girls attitude lacking as such. I have had one girl that after the second session was more keen to get my clothes on than take a tip but thats about it.
The bonus to Annies is, its what you pay for is what you get. 2000bt inc tip for 2 hours with the girl of your choice. They are more than willing for 2 or three girls, if you have a gilrfriend with you when you walk in that likes another girl in with you they do couples as well.
I have had many a time in Plaza Entertainment complex or posieden and other high end parlors where the room is amazing and the girl are really nice but the service was so bad I thought I might as well go for it with a star fish.
You can then compare it with Eden club 1750bt is it now for 1 hour 30 not inc tip
I like eden great place Mark is a cool guy, hates me for beating him at pool all the time. It is very differant, the ladies there are more for the fantasy role and you get less time and costs more, you have to take 2 etc.
I think of Annies as the in between of the high end parlors and eden. A bit not clean in the rooms but offers a bit more service than the big places at a low price, no over charge for ferang. If you feel that a gril was lacking in the room with you tell the mamsan, she wants to know.

I think it is funny how you emply that 2000 baht to be more toward the cheap end of the price range....posiden is is only a few hundred baht more and better rooms and much cutier gils
sweatheart club was 700 baht last time I went there and the girls were young, cute and had good attitudes...700 b is more toward the bottom end of the price range in my mind
I use to be a regular at Annies but with the price increase and the quality of the girls lately I have ben walking in and then right out for the past 2 years

I went to annies to take a look at what they got this past Monday while waiting for Jeab - a go-go dancer from nana. Boy was I unimpressed, had to get out of there fast. The two mamasans were very nice thoough. If you favor 2000butt ugly, this place is for you.

when did annies raise their prices? The last time I was there (2yrs ago) I am pretty sure I got charged 1300 baht. I went to poseidon same trip and was charged 2300 baht. So there used to be a good reason to go to annies. It was alot cheaper than the high end places.

Annies is now Bt1500 and it seems to be expected that you give a Bt500 tip. Therefore Bt2000. Been there myself. Girl was cute but nothing special but gave very good service. It was a few months ago and I cannot remember her number or name. Cupidy is only Bt1800 and the girls there are better looking apparently. Never been myself as soapies arent really my thing.

Bro bambam,
I thought Sweatheart closed last year? There were many post form other Bros telling everyone Sweathearts was cheap in price so maybe reason why it cant stay open--dont know if this is true, so will need your input if you were there recently.
Also, dont know if you are talking about a different sweathearts, if U are, then let me know where it is located so I check it out later this year when Im in BKK.
Note: the sweatheart that "suppose to have closed" was a MP.
