hmmm...interesting question. Dont know any particular place. But you can ask in advance with mamasan/Papasam for what exactly you are looking for at any place. The other option is some speciality MP's something like sazanka or similar for a diferent type of treatment, If you think Girl walking on your back (She can walk on your front too if you want) can help those jammed mucles of yours to opened up a bit.

4. I won't be in Thailand while you're there, but I will send you a specific suggestion by PM that you can try if you want. She's never let me down yet.

You will get a very firm massage at the oxygen bar at Don Maung airport. I had one last Oct. when I returned to the USA and my back muscles are still sore. They use their elbows which will bring tears to your eyes.

Hook up with a bar girl in the evening BF her Long LT and in the morning (late morning) get her to take you to The Grand Palace there's a massage school there. You can then do a spot of sight seeing and a river trip on river bus or hire a long tailed boat.
Bangkok is an amazing city just get out and about in it during the day, try to find a companion whos from BKK, they can show lots thats off the beaten track. Then of course your have the evenings to relax and recharge yout self. Enjoy.

I found a great traditional thai massge place on sukhotai road (way off the beaten tourist tract). 250baht for 2 hours of firm working over and no wank. There are times I just dont want the wank just a nice massage.
There is also a great dental clinic right there if you want your teeth cleaned.
