I certainly think that such words that are emotive and that each person holds differing associations with, such as 'whore', 'prostitute', 'bitch', 'slut',etc, should be reserved for the deserving, such as has been mentioned, some politicians and quite a few attorneys and a few other individuals in other jobs who purposefully and consistently screw everyone for what they are worth, regardless. You'll find them in many walks of life.
If one uses the word or words indiscriminately, you haven't any left for the most deserving and they lose their effectiveness.
Here, in Thailand, as in many other parts of South-East Asia one finds girls/ladies on the game who will carve your wallet out of your chest without a second thought. But they are few and far between compared to where I come from.
Mostly, in my experience in South-East Asia, although it is limited, I have known many ladies whom one could not apply any of those terms to, by any stretch of the imagination. Their approach and attitude are far from those held by the minority of sharks and barracuda that you sometimes come across and completely removed and distanced from the species of P4P females in the West.
In ordinary employment, men and women, rent their bodies, their mind, their peace of mind, their energies for money, not for a short time or a long time, but for years and years and years and not just in working / office hours and maybe for a life-time if they die before they retire.
That is no different from these girls and ladies who also work, but who only rent their bodies and for a fraction of the time each day. And the time that they devote to their profession may last a year or five or even in some cases ten years or more, although that would be the minority.
Daffy has it right when he states that "Men who call *all* women 'whores' or who refer in a blanket manner to all service providers as 'whores' or 'bitches' " have issues of guilt and hatred that they may eventually deal with within themselves.....But most probably not, since they have reached a so-called 'mature' age. A little too late to be able to change oneself or one's thinking.
When I was single, for a time, I had the self-delusion that I was a pacifist. Once I was married and had children, I knew the reality that I was quite easily capable of murder.
Before any of us sling around names, then maybe we should first take a good, hard and deep look at ourselves.
I'm no angel.
But then, nobody else is either.
My guilt lies in the fact that I try my upmost not to be an angel.
I am pleased to say that I am always successful, at the same time as acknowledging the fact that I have no belief in a god or angels or a devil or any other deity or supernatural being.
That said, I try to live my life to the full without harming others.
Sadly, in that, I am not so successful.
As for CP2, I think it's a good place to go to.

Funny this topic should come up again. Again. I was just pondering it a couple weeks or so ago staggering out of some place of pleasure and services rendered unto little Caesar.
You know... there are, I am sure, derogatory names for the great majority of employments in this world. You can think of a few, including your own, if you try. But as polite persons we don't use them normally in conversation, nor do we feel much more of a man if we do. Especially when talking to people "to their face". So why should we in this case with these women? Maybe some of these guys should try picking on someone their own size...
The good manners taught me being thus expressed, I'd like to point out one more thing touched upon by a couple other members here.
Social distinctions are conventions found ultimately in the human mind's imagination. All the awe over the person of an emperor, all the disgrace and ignobleness surrounding a garbage collector--these are learned reactions. To give another example, let me remind my gentle readers furthermore that there is little intrinsic value in the element Au (gold) and had our world economy evolved differently, you would think it very absurd that armed men are stationed around guarding huge lumps of the stuff in a fortress at this moment.
One should, upon mental maturity, be able to distinguish between a thing in itself, its uses in society, and the values that humans in that society heap upon it. If someone is not capable of this simple discernment, then he resembles one of whom it is said, "His mind changes with the turning of a newspaper page".
Superficial.
Now the last thing I'm going to do is want to control people's speech and outlaw words. But as someone who enjoys reading... As it's pointed out very well above, I am quite sure... yes... there are more appropriate targets in people's own lives for words like 'whore' 'bitch' and 'slut' and all of the derogatory and hate-filled and sex-hating emotion they express than most of these girls plying a simple trade (and occasionally getting lost in the pleasure of sex themselves, in my experience, or in a little greed). Why throw the hatred around indiscriminately? It's just your own feelings you're talking about. Little to do with the persons whose job we already should understand.

Apologies for dragging the topic away from CP2 specifically, but it was in this context that the "whore" comments issue arose. Personally, I've spent many happy hours in CP2 and I have NEVER met a whore or a slut in there! Met some mighty fine ladies though!
Frankly, in CP2 and in other similar places, the ladies are in the main decent woman, doing the best they can to improve their families standard of living. The choice is often between planting rice for 150 baht a day - and living in abject poverty in a thatch-roofed hovel; or spending some time making serious money to help their family escape the poverty trap.
Its not their preferred option in life... its often the only practical option! Invariably, these woman are totally, fiercely loyal and utterly committed to their family... and many sacrifice years of their lives to give their children a decent education. Many would make fine wives...
In my opinion, a gentleman would never refer to any lady in terms as degrading as whore etc - either in person or in general discussion. Personally, I could never see the CP2 body massage girls in that light...

Well, maybe...
But it is possible to overstate the case. Many are incredibly lazy, and craven, and deceitful, etc. And some, who make a TON of money, send a paltry 2-3K home each month, keeping the rest in support of their OWN better lifestyle.
But the point is, so what?
Why is any of us concerend about the justification, through our own rose-colored glasses, for the behavior of people who provide us with pleasure, in exchange for our cash?
As many have pointed out, by being so concerned with justifying, or condemning their behavior, you are dealing with your own inner conflicts, your baggage, if you will.
Leaving aside the pejoratives used to describe them, and the euphemisms as well, in the end, they are people, doing what they think they must, to get through their lives.
Best to leave all your judgments at home, or be prepared to be hurt, again, and again. Parking lots are stained with the blood of conflicted Westerners, who visited them from the 29th floor.
Of course, feelings enter into it, and bad ones make people utter 'whore', 'slut', etc. But these descriptions are no more relevant than 'fiercely loyal', etc. as responses to something more acceptable to your neuroses...
In the end, we all live within our cultural and moral limitations. The trick is to allow others theirs.

Do bear in mind that when no extra words are given to describe the ladies but just a single word to explain their occupation - Prostitute, that's respect. Going into descriptive words like loyal, cunning, scheming etc are just plain stereotyping and generalization and pointless. Being able to recognize another's occupation and giving it the correct term, that's good upbringing. Example mentioned in previous posts - a cleaner. Poor upbringing: the one who throws my rubbish. Good upbringing: cleaner. simple as that. Trying too hard (majority) : the DIRTY,SMELLY man who cleans the rubbish because he is LOYAL to his family and wants to earn money to do so. Descriptive words comes into play. Alternatively, giving other names for an occupation except the proper form, prostitute, in this case, demonstrates a form of escapism. Probably finding it hard to come to terms with one's personal dealings with one, preferring to call it the loyal ladies for those who received positive experiences and are therefore reinforced by these stimulus to call them so and the vice-versa for those who prefer to call them the scheming ones.

Back to the topic.
Visited CP2 recently on a friday-afternoon 4 PM. A well-stocked fishbowl (100 girls?) seemed just before the fridaynight rush...
Asked the mammasan for recommendation of one of the busty soapy girls on the left and went with her recommendation. Good choice. Older, but very firm body and great attitude.
Now, once up in the room and we're hitting it off quite well, she asked if I wanted an extra girl for a sandwich. Mmmh, I certainly didn't mind having a double and she convinced me that she'll call her girlfriend in the fishbowl that is same spec as her.
OK, so 5 mins later she arrives and sure not the same spec at all! Well, the atmosphere is good and decide to go with the flow...
Bad choice. Once we're all undressed it's pretty clear it's no comparison, thick make-up, old and flubby, I'm concentrating on my 1st girl and she's getting less and less engaged and during the rest of the session and completely forget about her...
Come payment time, price is same for the 2nd one (1900)...
Anyway, moral of the story is, sandwiches are great, but do make your own choice when your head is cool and not agree to some blind draw once you're sitting with a hard-on in the room...
