I have used a place, its about 200 meters in Sukhumvit soi 10 (the soi through the side fo Chuwit Park). Once you enter the road, there is a hair/massage joint on the left hand side and its on the first row of shop lots present. I think they also have a laundry service there. THe total private part shave is 400 Bht and they are very clean as well. For an addition few hundred, they will also give you a HJ upon completion.

Bimlee, I honestly do not remember the name of the shop...however, its very easy to find, you go into Soi 10 by the gold shop and its within the set of shop lots that start in about 150 to 200 meters. There are only two massage/barber/parlor joints there and its the first one on the left. very unassuming and next time just ask them...they will provide details.....

Thanks Klexpat................ It is now understood clearly. Now I have general question to ask. Ball shaving could be an interesting venture for me,like many others, but......the hair will start growing from the same day..... and you cannot go there everyday for shaving ? May be,you can,so long you are in Bangkok....after that ? What you do ? Wait for the next trip......that's all... unless you use electric shaver after you leave Bangkok. Would be interested to know what others do, when they leave Bangkok after Ball Shaving is done....

Very simple, don't leave Bangkok 
Seriously, if its your first time you may not want to do it here, the very first time you have a wet shave down there, and maybe 2 or 3 after that if you leave it a long time can result in a razer rash, same as you may get on your neck for example. It doesn't look very pleasing to the eye to see a bright white cock and then a rash of spots above it !
The other concern is if you get a little nick, you now have an open wound somewhere you really don't want to have one for health reasons, especially if you're about to embark on a serious P4P holiday !
Personally i'd grab a hold of yourself and give yourself a nice trim and shave, after apply some Aloe Vera Vaseline lotion or similar. repeat process every 2/3 weeks until your trip, you've now hardened your sensitive skin a little drastically reducing potential nicks and rash when you go get a proper job done in the salon.
Just my 2 cents.

I say, screw the expert straight razor shave from the experienced older gal who then jerks you off, blahblah...lay out $40 USD for a Phillips Body Groom and do the job yourself...I started in 2007 and never looked back...trim everything down to nothing every month, almost impossible to nick yourself (it's electric), nothing like it...smooth like a newborn babe.
the girls love it (and hell, I figured since I demand clean-shaven girls, I should really reciprocate...seriously, a bush is a total deal-breaker for me...and I only frequent bars where I can fondle the merchandise in advance, haha, so no tony G-Clubs for me!!)
true, it will never be quite as close as a straight razor, but oh well...
