Plaza Massage on Patpong Two has been there for a long time, but I'd always skipped it on my way to the gogo bars. Now that the Patpong gogos have gone so far downhill from what they were in the '90s, I finally gave Plaza a try. It's not far from Silom Road, just past BarBar S&M dungeon, and just before Electric Blue AGoGo Bar.
On entering and sitting down in front of the smallish fishbowl, I counted exactly 10 girls at 5:30 pm. on a Friday. The papasan/pimp was a bit overeager, as they tend to be, recommending the ugliest lady in the FB as giving "good service". This is too typical, in my experience. The room was smallish, but the water was hot enough and the tub filled quickly. There was a tiny TV that the lady wanted on and I wanted off. It stayed off. There was no rubber mattress, so no body massage was on offer. It was just a basic bath with some touchy-feely, then to the bed. One large mirror was at the head of the bed, but I didn't think to turn around to see us in it. She did a little foreplay, a tiny bit of BBBJ, consented to sit on my face for a short while, then the condom was put on and she rode me Cowgirl for 5 minutes until I came.
I think maybe 45 minutes had elapsed by then. She offered a massage, which was rather poorly done. Then I tried to demonstrate to her how to stroke me very lightly, almost tickling (as I am not at all ticklish), which I really like. Well, despite my explaining, in Thai, and demonstrating on her, she didn't really get it. She tried, but that damn Thai massage pounding is so ingrained in most of these girls that they just don't seem able to simply stroke lightly. Oh well.
If I owned a massage parlor, I would train my girls to touch and stroke as gently and lightly as possible. But maybe I would be the only customer. Does anyone else think that simple light caressing with fingertips and fingernails, almost being lulled to sleep in the afterglow of an orgasm, is more pleasant than being bent out of shape by an amateurish version of traditional Thai massage?

OK, I thought, time passes quickly when you're having fun, the two hours must be about done. So I showered and dressed, as did she. Then I checked my watch. Well, we had started the session a little before 6, and it was now 7:10. So about an hour and a quarter had elapsed, out of the two promised hours of bliss. I wasn't thrilled about this, but the session was done, and there was nothing for it but to go back with her to the lobby. She said thank you, hoping for a tip, but her performance just did not merit one.
As I left, I checked the fishbowl once more, and saw a dozen girls in there at 7:20 on a Friday evening. This massage parlor will be well down on my list of places to re-visit in the future.

Thought I give this post an update. Paid Plaza a visit last Fridaynight, around 10:30. Have been passing it many times on my way to Patpong but was always turned off by the touts outside and the 'touristy' feel of the place.
Anyway, it was Fridaynight, closing time, but to my surprise there were still 5 girls in the bowl and all quite passable imho. All a bit older, large boobs, more my spec. Staff was not pushy and I choose the one with the biggest boobs (hehe), paid 2K and ordered drinks up front (good system) and headed for the room. Old, but reasonable size, nice bathtub, large bed, mirrors, the works.

Looks like this venue has expired, like so many others. Just walked by, and the door is padlocked... definitely dead. I had mixed results at the venerable Plaza, but it was one of the last remaining soapies in central Bangkok.
