Planning to hit Sirocco (if nothing more than the view) and would like information on the type of food served here. What about the prices? And are there any recommended dishes here?

yeh food is ok, prices are high and therefore not rated except just to go once for the view / experience etc
mezzaluna is same place same experience

Mezzaluna is indoors top floor and serves Itailian cuisine.
Sirocco is outside top floor and serves Mediterranean cuisine they have a live Jazz band with female vocalist. The food is OK, price OK not too high, but the wine is outrangeous. Bring your own bottle and pay the corkage fee.
The problem with this place is the heavy traffic to the bar. so while you are eating you have all these people gawking over what you are having for dinner. Not the best place for a romantic dinner.
I think this place would be well served if they only allowed dinner guests at the bar, until that time it is best to skip the place for eating and have a few drinks at the bar enjoy the view and eat somewhere else.

Great view, but would personally prefer to spend the 15k on "more tasty dishes"

That is exactly what BK and I did! I think the beers at the bar are about 300 each, but on a nice night, the view is outstanding!

Expensive for BKK but reasonable if used to US prices. View is great, Had the tenderlion for $1650. Thought it was good food. Drinks are 300+

Have eaten there a couple of times (but not lately!). Go for the view not for the food, its OK but not great at the price.
