I have to supply sausages for a barbie this weekend. I know Villa, Tops, Foodland etc have a good variety but I would prefer to buy from someone who specialises rather than mass produced crap. Anybody know of any good butchers in Bangkok?

I am in sydney and do not have access to the phone numbers of people who carry out this procedure in soi 73 Sukhumvit. From memory it is an aussie butcher that just started up and supplies all types of meat, imported from Oz, even good bacon.
The only way I can help you if you can attend the Aussie Downunder Sports bar in soi 23, just around the corner from Cowboy, 70 metres from Suk Rd and ask the aussie owner for the details. They sell them cooked at the bar.
I will be returning to LOS later next week and if you send me a PM, I will have further info to help you out for further functions.
Just to shit you up the wall, I am having a BBQ in Sydney tonight, sausages, lamb loin chops and T bones.
