Does anyone have experience with the sunset apartments? I was checking out the Latestays.com web site and they are listed at 1500 THB for a 2 bedroom apartment. Sounds too good to be true...?

i know nothing about the Sunset,but they don't sound to good to be true to me.
i paid 700 a night for a 4 room bungalow.
